Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email ggggrrrrrgolf@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or you received an incorrect item. For faulty or incorrect items, contact us so we can arrange a resolution and cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty or incorrect, email ggggrrrrrgolf@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve the issue.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
